The project developed by Tourism Development & Investment Co. (TDIC) calls for the construction of a single storey building on Saadiyat Island. The building will house the high quality Saadiyat Beach Club. The club will have an internal area of around 4,000 sq. m, with an external area of 27,000 sq. m.
